Workforce development is how an industry or organisation attracts workers, retains workers and provides learning and skilling opportunities.
In our industry this applies to both employees and volunteers.
The role of the Skills Alliance is two-fold.
We help sport and recreation industry employers and networks identify and respond collaboratively to their workforce development needs.
At the same time, we also offer useful workforce development products and services to help individual employers provide learning opportunities for their workers.
